Hannah Row is a collection of 36 one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences and 11 work/live homes in the Clawson neighborhood of West Oakland. In collaboration with Polaris Pacific, Elschwartzo lead the design for the digital brand marketing, sales material, and more to bring this project to market.
